General Terms and Conditions of Use
The present Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "T&C") legally govern the terms and conditions of access and use of the application platform of the Ecole Supérieure de Management, de Télécommunications et d'Informatique-SupMTI (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") and define the rights and obligations of the User (hereinafter referred to as "the User").
Any use of the Platform implies the User's unconditional acceptance of these T&C. During registration, the User expressly accepts the T&C by checking the box: "I accept the Terms and Conditions". If the User refuses the T&C, they must stop using the Platform.
The Ecole Supérieure de Management, de Télécommunications et d'Informatique-SupMTI (hereinafter referred to as "SupMTI") reserves the right to unilaterally modify these T&C at any time.

The Platform is managed by SupMTI, a Limited Liability Company (LLC), registered under number 001658754000094, with its head office located in Rabat.

The Platform, hosted by OVH Cloud, is designed to allow students to create a personal space for online registration and benefit from the digital services provided by the School.
Article 2: Terms of Access and Use
The Platform is freely accessible to any User with an internet connection. Costs related to access (computer equipment, internet connection, etc.) are borne by the User.
Registered Users
Access to reserved services is conditional upon registration via online forms. The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. After registration, a username and password will be provided, which are necessary to access their personal space.
The registered User may request to unsubscribe via the dedicated page in their personal space. Unsubscription will take effect within a reasonable period.
SupMTI reserves the right to suspend or limit access to the Platform in case of maintenance, updates, or force majeure. The User acknowledges that such interruptions do not entitle them to any compensation.
User Obligations
By using the Platform, the User agrees to:
- Not publish inappropriate content or content contrary to public order.
- Not provide fraudulent or misleading information.
- Not spread viruses or use technologies that could harm the Platform.
- Not unlawfully access third-party accounts.
- Not infringe the intellectual property rights of SupMTI or third parties.
In case of violation, SupMTI reserves the right to suspend or revoke the User's access to the services.
Article 3: Personal Data Protection
In accordance with applicable laws on personal data protection, including Law No. 09-08, the User consents to their data being collected and processed by SupMTI in the context of using the Platform and for the following purposes:
- Management of online registrations.
- Communication of information.
- Processing of assistance requests.
- Provision of digital services to students and partners.
Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to achieve these purposes. The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or objection by sending a request to the email address mentioned in Article 1.
Article 4: Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of SupMTI or its partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.
Article 5: Liability
SupMTI strives to ensure the availability and security of the Platform. However, it does not guarantee continuous operation or error-free performance. In case of malfunctions or viruses, SupMTI disclaims all liability.
SupMTI cannot be held liable for indirect damages caused by the use of the Platform, including in cases of force majeure or third-party actions.
Article 6: Internal Regulations
The student agrees to comply with the Internal Regulations of the school.
Article 7: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Moroccan law. In case of disputes unresolved amicably, the courts of Rabat shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate any disagreements regarding the interpretation or execution of these T&C.
